It depends. We have 3 flavours available to suit different pallets...

• Naked Espresso is robust unsweetened black coffee. Some people may enjoy this with added sugar or honey.
• Espresso is a rich bold black coffee that is slightly sweetened with stevia. When mixed hot this flavour will not require any added sugar.
• Café Mocha is like an espresso with added chocolate. It is naturally sweetened with stevia and won’t require added sugar.

There are 4 options...

• Choose Naked Espresso as this flavour has no distinguishable sweetness.
• Add more water.
• Make it ice cold. When sweetened beverages are ice cold, they taste less sweet.
• Add a tsp of extra instant coffee.

Yes. COFFEE SWITCH™ already contains zero sugar and added goMCT® to help support ketosis. However, you can add grass fed butter or ghee and blend for a greater keto boost.

Although COFFEE SWITCH™ is natural, always check with your primary care provider before commencing any new supplementation. Anyone sensitive to caffeine should avoid COFFEE SWITCH™.

Depends. Naked Espresso has 135mg, Espresso has 115mg and Café Mocha has only 85mg.
