I grew up dancing professionally, played netball, and have always been a runner, so movement has never just been something I do, it’s part of who I am. I first stepped into a gym at 15 and quickly became obsessed with improving both physically and mentally.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"928\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"\u003eOver time, I went through a period of under-eating and overtraining that, while it looked disciplined from the outside, wasn’t sustainable or supportive of performance. That experience shaped how I approach training today. Now everything I do is built around performance, fuelling my body properly, and training with structure so I can recover well and show up with energy. I train to be stronger, fitter and more capable, not smaller.
