INGREDIENTS

Quick Oats

Chobani Yoghurt

10g Shredded Coconut

1 scoop Whey Protein

100g Lite Coconut Milk

40g Blueberries

METHOD

Cold

  1. Mix oats and shredded coconut in a bowl.
  2. Mix Lean Whey in 200 – 300ml of water and coconut milk then shake.
  3. Pour Lean Whey mixture over oat and coconut mix.
  4. Add yoghurt and blueberries on top and serve.

Hot

  1. Mix Lean Whey in 200 – 300ml of water and coconut milk then shake.
  2. Pour mixture into a pot over a moderate heat.
  3. Add oats and shredded coconut to protein mixture then keep stirring.
  4. Once thick remove from the heat and pour into a bowl.
  5. Top with yoghurt and blueberries to serve.
