Lamb and Feta Greek Salad

INGREDIENTS

Lamb Strips

Crumbled Feta

Olive Oil

Sliced Olives

Crushed Garlic

Shredded Lettuce (desired amt)

4 Diced Cherry Tomatoes

50ml Greek Yoghurt

Finely Diced Chives

Cucumber (desired amt)

Red Onion (desired amt)

METHOD

  1. Fry lamb strips in olive oil over a medium heat continuing to stir for 3 mins.
  2. Add garlic and stir for 20 seconds then remove from the heat.
  3. Make salad by combining lettuce, tomatoes, olives and crumbled feta.
  4. Make dressing by adding crushed garlic and chives to yoghurt.
  5. Place salad on plate, add lamb and dressing and serve.
