Protein Raspberry Wagon

INGREDIENTS

This special treat is going to satisfy all cravings. The Protein Raspberry Wagon is ready in only 60 minutes. It’s easy, simple, family-friendly, and filling! What else do you want in a sweet snack?

2 rice cakes 

75g of cream cheese

1 scoop of Protein Switch (Vanilla Bean)

Punnet of raspberries

100g chocolate melts


Products in this recipe

METHOD

1.    Slowing mix together 75g of cream cheese and 1 scoop of Protein Switch. 

2.    Place the mixture on top of two separate rice cakes, then even out flat.

3.    Place a few raspberries on top of the mixture.

4.    Melt the 100g of chocolate melts, and pour over the cakes to create the chocolate layer. 

5.    Place in the freezer for 60 minutes.

6.    Enjoy!
