CHILL OUT CHOC MINT BALLS

INGREDIENTS

½ cup cashews

½ cup rolled oats

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

6 medjool dates

2 tbsp water

1 scoop Adrenal Switch – Choc Mint

METHOD

  1. Combine cashews, oats, cocoa powder, coconut and Adrenal Switch into a food processor and blend.
  2. Add dates, peppermint and water into the mixture and blend until smooth.
  3. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
