CHOC FUDGE PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

2 scoops PROTEIN Switch Choc Sea Salt 

1/4 cup Cacao Powder 

2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup 

2 tbsp Cashew Butter 

8 pitted Dates 

1/4 cup Coconut Oil 

1/3 cup Shredded Coconut (optional)

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients well in a food processor.
  2. Roll into balls & coat with Shredded Coconut (if desired).
  3. Freeze to set & enjoy!
