Collagen Weis Bar Slice

INGREDIENTS

Base

1 scoop WPI-95 Switch (Vanilla Bean)
125 grams rolled oats
45 ml maple syrup
20 grams coconut oil melted
25 ml unsweetened almond milk

Ice Cream layer

3 scoops COLLAGEN Switch (Mango Pineapple)
200 grams light cream cheese
400 ml can coconut cream
3 drops yellow food colouring

Topping

Shredded coconut

METHOD

  1. Line a loaf tray with baking paper
  2. Blitz all base ingredients in food processor until combined
  3. Press evenly into loaf tray
  4. Blitz the ice cream ingredients in a food processor until smooth, pour over base layer
  5. Top with coconut and freeze
  6. Remove from freezer and allow to defrost a little before cutting into bars
