MOCHA OVERNIGHTS OATS

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk of choice

1 sachet Coffee Switch – Naked Espresso (in 1/4 cup water, cooled)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 1/2 tsp chia seeds

1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp toasted chopped walnuts

1 tbsp cacao nibs

1 serve Protein Switch Chocolate Sea Salt

METHOD

  1. Combine oats, milk, brewed coffee, maple syrup, chia seeds and cocoa powder in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Top with walnuts and cacao nibs before serving
