INGREDIENTS

8-10 medjool dates
4 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of chopped peanuts
2 scoops of ADRENAL Switch (chocolate)
2 scoops of ADRENAL Switch (salted caramel)
6 tablespoons of coconut oil

METHOD

  1. Cut dates in half and remove the pit
  2. Fill with peanut butter and a sprinkle of peanuts
  3. Mix ADRENAL scoops and coconut oil together (heat the coconut oil until soft if needed)
  4. Roll the dates in the mixture and freeze for 10 mins, repeat this again to get a good coating
  5. Mix any remaining peanut butter and coconut oil to make a drizzle or enjoy as they are
