Water or milk 

Protein Switch Vanilla

10 grams chia seeds 

15 grams Nut butter 

Sliced banana 

Pomegranate seeds 

Honey

METHOD

  1. Place oats with desired amount of water or milk into bowl and microwave for 90 seconds.
  2. Add Protein Switch, chia seeds nut butter and stir until combined
  3. Place banana on top and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds
  4. Place chopped Snack Switch bar on top
