PROTEIN BUBBLE SLICE

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop PROTEIN Switch (Chocolate Sea Salt)
50g rice malt syrup
20g coconut oil (melted)
100g chocolate chips
80g Soy protein crisps (or rice bubbles)

METHOD

  1. Mix the protein, coconut oil, rice malt syrup and protein switch through the soy protein crisps.
  2. Flatten the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Add melted chocolate to the top and free for at least 30 minutes to harden. 
  4. Slice and enjoy!
