VANILLA BEAN PROTEIN MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop PROTEIN Switch Vanilla Bean

½ tsp Baking Powder

1 tbsp Coconut Flour

1 Egg (large)

¼ cup Coconut/Almond Milk

¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Chocolate Chips (optional)

METHOD

  1. Grease a microwave safe bowl with cooking spread and add PROTEIN Switch, Baking Powder, Coconut Flour and mix well.
  2. Add the Egg and mix into the dry mixture. Add the Milk of choice and Vanilla Extract.
  3. Top with Chocolate chips and microwave for 60 seconds, or until cooked in the centre.
