Virgin Hot Toddy
INGREDIENTS
Sweet, spicy, and piping hot, a Virgin Hot Toddy warms up your belly and brings a smile to your face on a cool, soggy day.
1 scoop ADRENAL Switch (Lemonade)
1 slice of fresh ginger
Pinch of clove powder
1 cinnamon stick
Pinch of nutmeg
1 star anise
1 strip of lemon peel
1 strip of orange peel
Juice from ½ orange
Optional honey to taste

METHOD
1. Mix flour and WPI-95 together, make a well and add the yoghurt. Combine the mixture until it makes a sticky dough. If it is too sticky, use a sprinkle of flour on your hands or surfaces.
2. Divide the mixture into six mini pizza bases. Then place onto a tray.
3. Bake at 180°c for 20-25mins until golden brown.
4. Spread Tomato pizza base sauce on the pizza base, then top with whatever you like!
5. Bake again, 180°c for 20-25mins until the cheese has melted and you’re happy with the final product.
