Chicken & Kale-Slaw Salad

Ingredients
- Chicken Breast Strips
- Coconut Oil
- Garlic Aioli Mayonnaise
- ¾ cup of Shredded Red Cabbage
- ¾ cup of Grated Carrot
- ¾ cup of Shredded Kale
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Heat pan to a medium to high heat and fry chicken in coconut oil until golden brown. Flip and repeat.
- Remove chicken from the pan.
- Massage kale in small amount of coconut oil, salt and pepper for 30 seconds.
- Mix cabbage, carrot, kale and almonds (if allowed). Then add garlic aioli mayonnaise
- Place coleslaw on plate add chicken and serve.
