  • What is The Better You Club Rewards?+

    The Better You Club Rewards is our new Loyalty Program and our way of thanking our loyal customers for their continued support! Earn points for things like following us on Instagram, referring your friends, making purchases and more. These points can then be used for discounts off Switch Nutrition purchases and scoring other exclusive goodies.

  • How do I join the club? +

    If you were a previous rewards member, your account and points will automatically be transferred across and you can login now.

    If not, all you have to do is register for a free account now.

  • How do I redeem rewards points? +

    First things first, make sure you’re logged in! Log into your account via the account icon at the top of the Switch Nutrition navigation.

    Once you’ve added items to your cart, head over to the rewards page. 

    Select the discount you’d like to redeem from the rewards section and "copy" the code provided. When you are ready to checkout, paste the code and click "Apply" to see that the purchase amount has been reduced accordingly.

    Redeeming points may not be available during some sales periods like, but not limited to Black Friday.

  • How much are points worth? +

    For every $1 you spend you will earn one point.

  • How long does it take for points to appear in my account? +

    For basic activities like following/liking us on social media, signing up to our mailing list, or creating an account — it will generally take a few minutes to process and add your points. For purchases and referrals this can take up to 14 days.

  • Can I use a discount code and redeem my points? +

    No, you can only use one or the other at checkout. So, if you have a discount code, make sure you’re using the offer that benefits you the most!

  • How long does my tier status last for? +

    You stay in your current tier for at least 12 months, unless you spend enough to level up. To reach a new tier, just hit the spending targets in a 12-month period. To stay in a tier, you need to spend above that level within the first 12 months of getting there. If you don't hit the spend the threshold within that timeframe, you drop down a level.

  • How long do points last for? +

    Your points last for 12 months from your last purchase date (i.e. if you purchased in March 2024, your points expire in March 2025 unless you purchase again before that date).

  • Can I use my points storewide? +

    Your points are valid for use throughout our online store, with the exception of product bundles located here. Please be aware that points cannot be exchanged for gift cards

  • Is there a limit to how many points I can earn? +

    No! Earn as many as you can!

  • Is there a minimum amount of points I must have in order to start using my points? +

    Yes, once you have hit $5 you can start using your rewards. Either use your $5 or build up your rewards $$$ for larger savings.

  • How does Refer a Friend work? +

    Give $15, get $15 when you refer a new customer via the unique refer a friend link. Your friend will get $15 off their first purchase over $100 (not valid with any other offer). Once your referred friend makes a purchase you will receive 300 rewards points ($15 credit) to your Switch Nutrition Rewards account.

  • Punch Card Purchases +

    With Punch Card Purchases you are rewarded based upon your number of orders. Note, this system has only commenced with our new rewards program during July 2024 and is only valid for orders placed from that date onwards, and don’t count towards past purchases.
    Orders must hit the minimum spend of $50 AUD to be eligible. If you're a member, you'll score rewards for every 3rd, 5th, and 10th order you place.

  • How do review rewards work? +

    For each order you make, will receive an email after you get your order, prompting you to leave a review for the products that you have purchased.

    Per order, you will be issued 100 points for leaving a review on a product and an additional 50 points for also leaving a photo OR video with this review!

    Please note, per order, the most that you can earn is a total of 150 points. You won’t earn points for each product, but for each order!

  • Can I update the email address for my Rewards account and transfer points? +

    Reward members are unable to change the email address associated with their Switch Nutrition Rewards account. We can, however, assist with a once-off point transfer between multiple email accounts. So please reach out to our team at support@switchnutrition.com.au.

  • Terms and Conditions +

    Switch Nutrition has the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the program or alter the Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Switch Nutrition’s Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice to customers. If a customer terminates their registered account on switchnutrition.com.au or if their account is terminated for violating the Terms and Conditions or engaging in activities that contravene the good faith use of the website, all points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Switch Nutrition will strive to award points to all qualifying registered customers on switchnutrition.com.au, but is not liable for any unforeseen technical errors that may occur.
