Peanut Butter Toffee Protein Bars

  1. Spray a cake pan with coconut oil or line with baking paper.
  2. Place oats in a food processor/blender and blend until resembling oat flour.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients into the food processor and process until all well combined.
  4. Using your hands press the mixture into the cake pan, spreading evenly and smoothing with a spatula.
  5. Place in freezer to set - then cut into desired size pieces!
