Peanut Butter Toffee Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Protein Switch Peanut Butter Toffee
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Peanut Butter (drippy)
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt

Method
- Spray a cake pan with coconut oil or line with baking paper.
- Place oats in a food processor/blender and blend until resembling oat flour.
- Add the remaining ingredients into the food processor and process until all well combined.
- Using your hands press the mixture into the cake pan, spreading evenly and smoothing with a spatula.
- Place in freezer to set - then cut into desired size pieces!
