Hey guys I’m Abbey, but everyone calls me Abs!
I’ve been in the fitness & social media/content creating industry for 8 years. I’m currently coaching & managing full time in a strength and conditioning studio called REVL and sharing most of my life online in between! I’m a lover of lifting heavy, running and finding new ways to move & push my body. I’m extremely passionate about helping people be the best version of themselves, whilst also striving to be the best version of myself. I believe through discipline comes freedom and without discomfort we never grow.
I’m on the road to my first Full Marathon in July 2026, whilst also training to compete in Fittest In The City Brisbane and Hyrox Brisbane in the Women’s Pro Doubles Division, as well as the Switch Women’s Relay. In order to train harder, recover faster & perform at my very best, I use everything in this collection in my daily/weekly routine.
