Hi everyone, my name is Brodie Charles.
As an athlete and Strength & Performance Coach, my work revolves around helping people train with purpose, not just to look fit, but to perform at a high level and stay consistent long term. Alongside coaching, I train using a hybrid approach, combining strength, endurance, speed, and conditioning to compete in events like Turf Games and HYROX.
Hybrid competition demands a lot from the body. Every session needs to count, and that means training smart, recovering properly, and fuelling consistently. My approach is built around sustainability and performance. Showing up day after day, rather than relying on short bursts of motivation.
