Hi, I’m Holly!
I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian, helping everyday athletes fuel with confidence and perform at their best through practical, evidence-based nutrition. I’ve competed in HYROX, full and ultra marathons, and I also love mixing it up with Pilates and beach walks.
I’m passionate about helping people fuel for long-term health & performance - so you can train hard, recover well, stay injury-free, and avoid hitting the wall on race day. Nothing beats seeing clients achieve their goals and feel good doing it!
