Collagen Switch

Tastes good, although I find it very sweet.

As a mid-forties runner I care a lot about joint health, connective tissue, and ligaments. I feel like my body is supported well by this formula and I LOVE that it has a complete amino acid profile. my method is drinking the unflavoured version whisked into a cup of tea. my husband likes to drink it stirred into a cup of cold water.

I've been adding this collagen protein to my diet for about two months and can already fill the overall benefits. This protein has many advantages and for me the biggest is being able to mix it with water and having it as a light drink, rather than a heavy shake. The protein mixes extremely well and the taste is mindblowing (mango!). And I've tried several brands from different countries, but this is from far the best I've had. The only downside is the packaging, I ordered the 75 serves, the box is huge, but half empty. It'd be good and important to consider offering 150 serves in the same size or cut the size in half. It's too voluminous (even in my shelf!) for a box half empty.
