Lily Sharp

Welcome.

Training plays a big role in my life, and with a busy schedule, supporting my body, performance and recovery is something I prioritise every day.

Switch has been part of my daily routine for over a year now. The products on this page are the ones I personally reach for consistently to support my training, recovery and energy day to day.

I know the supplement space can feel overwhelming with so many options available, so I wanted to create one place where you can easily find the products I genuinely use and trust.

Whether you’re training for a performance event, working towards a fitness goal, or simply wanting to feel your best each day, these are the products I come back to time and time again.

Morning

Hydrate Switch: Electrolytes & Hydration is a non-negotiable first thing in the morning for me. After a night of sleep, getting fluids and electrolytes back in is one of the easiest ways to support hydration, energy and focus for the day ahead. It helps me feel switched on and ready to move whether I’m heading straight into training, work, or both.

Coffee Switch: My go-to in the morning when I want a smooth boost of energy. It helps me feel alert, focused and ready to take on the day without the jitters or crash that can come from regular coffee. It’s the perfect start when I’ve got a busy day of training, work, or both.

Multi-Mag: Daily magnesium support is something I take every day to support muscle function, recovery and overall wellbeing. Magnesium plays a huge role in supporting the nervous system and helping the body recover from training, so it’s an easy addition to my routine that helps keep everything functioning at its best.

Around Training

Hydrate Perform: Electrolytes with carbs is what I reach for during longer or higher-intensity training sessions. The added carbohydrates help fuel performance and maintain energy levels, while the electrolytes replace what’s lost through sweat to keep hydration dialled in. It’s a simple way to stay energised and performing well throughout training.

Creatine: I take creatine consistently to support strength, power output and muscle recovery alongside my training. It’s one of the most researched supplements for performance and something I rely on to support progress in the gym.

WPI Protein: Recovery and daily protein support is usually what I have after training to support muscle recovery and repair. It’s also an easy way to increase my daily protein intake when needed, especially on busy days when whole food meals aren’t always practical straight after a session.

Night Time Recovery

Sleep: Getting good sleep is one of the most important parts of recovery, and this helps me wind down after a full day of training, work and everything in between so I wake up ready to go again the next day.

Adrenal Switch: Evening relaxation and recovery is my favourite way to wind down at night, especially when it tastes like a hot chocolate. It feels like a sweet treat before bed while also helping the body relax and recover after a long day. It’s a simple ritual that helps me switch off and prepare for a good night’s sleep.
