Pan Fried Salmon

INGREDIENTS

Salmon Fillet

Grass Fed Butter

1 Handful Washed Green Beans

1 Cup Washed Snow Peas

1 Handful Washed Asparagus

Pinch Sea Salt

Pinch Pepper

Lemon Wedge

METHOD

  1. Put butter in pan and fry salmon skin down over a high heat until skin is crispy. Flip and cook for a further 30 seconds to 1 min.
  2. Place beans, peas and asparagus in a pan with butter and fry over a high heat until cooked.
  3. Season peas, beans and asparagus with salt and pepper and place on a plate with the salmon.
  4. Squeeze Lemon over the salmon and serve.
