RETURNS POLICY
We have two seperate refund policies below.
- Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Refund Policy applies to all flavoured products.
- Our Standard Refund Policy applies to all other products.

30 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We are certain you are going to love your Switch Nutrition product that we provide a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all our flavoured products.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your flavoured Switch Nutrition purchase, you can return the product(s) for a full refund of the original purchase price.
This includes either a purchase from our website (switchnutrition.com.au) or one of our retail stockists in Australia.

STANDARD REFUND POLICY
If a product has been supplied incorrectly by Switch Nutrition OR which are deemed to be damaged/faulty and unfit for use, a return can be organised within 14-days of receiving the product.
To make a claim please get in touch with our Customer Service Team via email at support@switchnutrition.com.au.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges for reasons outside of an incorrectly supplied product OR a product which is deemed to be damaged/faulty and unfit for use. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been received and processed.
REFUND METHOD
If you have purchased via our website, your refund will be processed back to you through the original payment method.
If you have purchased from one of our retail stockists, your refund will be processed via paypal.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We do not accept returns for simply a change of mind, please choose carefully.

Can I get a refund?
If you do not love the taste of our flavoured product and it adheres to the terms and conditions of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, we will issue a refund.
Can I return a product that I have purchased elsewhere?
If you have purchased one of our products from a retail stockist in Australia and are not satisfied with your purchase, please email our Customer Support Team via support@switchnutrition.com.au.
If you are not satisfied with the flavour of your Switch Nutrition product, you can request a refund via our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee here.
How do I request a refund?
If your product qualifies under either of our policies above, please email our Customer Support Team at support@switchnutrition.com.au OR fill out the 30-Day Money-back Guarantee form to apply.
I've received the wrong product!
Oh no! If you’ve shopped on our website and have received the wrong product(s) we apologise… these things can happen, but let’s fix this for you ASAP. Please email our friendly Customer Support Team at support@switchnutrition.com.au and they will rectify the issue immediately!
I've received a damaged product.

SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Guess what!?! Shipping is FREE for all orders $150.00 or over in Australia and $250 and over internationally.
Orders below $150.00 will be calculated upon checkout and is determined by shipping location.
Additionally, you can choose either standard or express to suit your needs.
INTERNATIONAL orders under $250 will be calculated upon checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia within 2 business days.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number. Typical transit times for regular delivery are 3 - 7 business days.
IMPORTANT: Once orders leave our warehouse they are now the responsibility of Australia Post and are therefore out of our control. If you have selected a tracked delivery option at checkout you will receive correspondence not only from us, but also Australia Post with your tracking information.
Please note - we cannot be responsible for packages that are left unattended by Australia Post. Once an item has been 'delivered' via our tracking system you must consult with Australia Post for any enquiries relating to your delivery.
Australia Post will only hold your item at the post office for a certain period. If after this period your package is returned to our warehouse you will be responsible for paying for the re-shipping cost back to you.

What if my package has been lost in transit?
As mentioned above, once orders leave our warehouse they are now the responsibility of Australia Post and are therefore out of our control. If you have selected a tracked delivery option at checkout you will receive correspondence not only from us, but also Australia Post with your tracking information.
Please note - we cannot be responsible for packages that are left unattended by Australia Post. Once an item has been 'delivered' via our tracking system you must consult with Australia Post for any enquiries relating to your delivery.
Please make sure that the NAME and shipping ADDRESS specified on your order is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost items if this information was entered incorrectly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged in transit (oh no!), please email us at support@switchnutrition.com.au or use the Contact Us form and our Customer Service team will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! International shipping rates will be calculated at Checkout and delivery times vary from 2 - 5 weeks depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Any orders over the value of $250 will automatically receive FREE SHIPPING!
Please be aware that any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding these fees.
