To ensure our affiliate community remains engaged, aligned, and mutually rewarding, we’ve set some basic performance expectations. These guidelines help us grow sustainably while continuing to support those who actively support us.
Minimum Sales Requirement
To remain active in the program, all affiliates must generate a minimum of $1,000 AUD in tracked sales within the first 3 months of joining.
This helps ensure the program is a good fit and that you’re actively engaged in sharing Switch Nutrition or Switch Perform with your community.
Brand Representation
Affiliates are expected to:
• Genuinely use and understand the products they promote
• Represent the brand with integrity and align with our core values: wellness, performance, authenticity, and community
• Avoid making medical or exaggerated claims about product benefits
• Tag official brand accounts when sharing Switch-related content (if posting on social media)
Ongoing Engagement
We want you to stay excited and involved! To stay active, we encourage:
• Sharing your code/link at least once per month (socials, email, or in-person with clients/friends)
• Opening and reading monthly update emails so you stay across product launches and events
• Logging into your Refersion dashboard periodically to track your performance
Use of Personal Discount
Your 20% personal discount is for your own use only. Any misuse (e.g. sharing with others to bypass your affiliate code) may result in removal from the program.
Inactivity Policy
If you do not meet the minimum sales threshold or show ongoing engagement after the first 3 months, your affiliate status may be reviewed and paused.
We’ll always give you a heads-up first and the opportunity to re-engage before taking any action.
