Choc Mousse Collagen Overnight Oats

Ingredients.

  • 1 scoop Switch Collagen Peptides
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2-3 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free yoghurt)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Fresh berries to serve

Method.

Combine all ingredients except the berries in a jar or container. Stir well and refrigerate overnight.

Top with berries before serving.
