Ingredients.

Method.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until combined. You can also put everything in a food processor if you have one, which will give a smoother, finer texture. If the mixture feels a little dry, add a small amount of water until it comes together.

Roll into 10-12 bite-sized balls and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week (we bet they won't last that long 😉).

Our tip.

Make a batch on Sunday and keep them in the fridge for a quick grab-and-go protein snack throughout the week.
