Ingredients
2 oranges
3cm piece of fresh ginger
1 lemon
4 serves of NAC
2 serves of glutamine
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Method
1. Peel the oranges and lemons; cut them into small sizes.
2. Juice oranges, lemons, and ginger together. Then pour into an airtight jug.
3. Add NAC, glutamine, and apple cider vinegar, to the mixture.
4. Shake & stir lightly.
5. Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
6. 1 shot a day or optimal health.
