Double Choc Protein Baked Oats.

Ingredients.

  • 1 scoop Switch Whey Protein Isolate [Chocolate]
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method.

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Add the oats, banana, egg, milk, Whey Protein, baking powder and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a ramekin or oven-safe dish, then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centre is set and the top is lightly golden.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Our tip.

Make a double batch and store leftovers in the fridge for an easy grab-and-go breakfast during the week. Warm for 30 seconds in the microwave before serving.
