Lamb and Feta Greek Salad

Ingredients
- Lamb Strips
- Crumbled Feta
- Olive Oil
- Sliced Olives
- Crushed Garlic
- Shredded Lettuce (desired amt)
- 4 Diced Cherry Tomatoes
- 50ml Greek Yoghurt
- Finely Diced Chives
- Cucumber (desired amt)
- Red Onion (desired amt)
Method
- Fry lamb strips in olive oil over a medium heat continuing to stir for 3 mins.
- Add garlic and stir for 20 seconds then remove from the heat.
- Make salad by combining lettuce, tomatoes, olives and crumbled feta.
- Make dressing by adding crushed garlic and chives to yoghurt.
- Place salad on plate, add lamb and dressing and serve.
