Lemon Ginger Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cashews
- ¾ Cup Desiccated Coconut
- ½ Cup Macadamias
- ¼ Cup Hemp Seeds
- 1 Scoop Vitality Switch - Lemon Ginger
- 4 Medjool Dates
- Rind of One Lemon
- ¼ Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- Extra Desiccated Coconut for Rolling

Method
- Add first eight ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender.
- Pulse until finely chopped and beginning to come together.
- Tip into a large bowl then stir through lemon juice and coconut oil.
- Shape into balls and roll in extra desiccated coconut.
- Freeze until firm.
