Giant Protein Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
- 2 large plain rice cakes
- ½ scoop of Protein Switch (Peanut Butter Toffee)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon of melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup of chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt

Method
- Mix the coconut oil, peanut butter and PROTEIN Switch together in a small bowl.
- Spread over the rice cakes.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted.
- Spoon melted chocolate over the rice cakes and add a sprinkle of salt.
- Pop them into the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
