Method

  1. Mix the coconut oil, peanut butter and PROTEIN Switch together in a small bowl.
  2. Spread over the rice cakes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted.
  4. Spoon melted chocolate over the rice cakes and add a sprinkle of salt.
  5. Pop them into the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
