Mango Passionfruit Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vitality Switch Mango Passionfruit
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbs Shredded Coconut
  • 2 tbs Collagen
  • Pinch of Pink Salt
  • 1 tbs Psyllium Husk
  • 1 tbs MCT Oil
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Butter
  • 2 tbs Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil

Method

  1. Melt all ingredients in a medium sized pot, over a medium heat on stove top.
  2. Add the wet ingredients/butters first, followed by the dry ingredients.
  3. Once melted pop the mixture into a silicone baking tray and place in freezer to harden.
