Hey, I’m Chloe Daly - a field hockey athlete, growing HYROX competitor, and lover of all things movement.

I was born into a hockey family and pretty much had a stick in my hand as soon as I could walk. I've always loved the physical side of life - running, sprinting, lifting - and there’s something about that sweet spot of pain and effort that pushes me to be better every single day. I love stepping into the pain locker, because whether you win or lose, you never fail - you learn and evolve.

That’s why I’m so passionate about both hockey and HYROX. They combine everything I love: speed, strength, endurance, grit, and grind. Whether it's stick and ball in hand, or chasing the next challenge, I’m here to inspire, commit, and move with power.

Morning Routine

Creatine Monohydrate
I start my morning with Creatine to maintain strength and power throughout my entire training cycle. It’s a simple but essential tool that helps me stay strong, perform better, and recover faster — no matter what phase of training I’m in.

Hydrate Switch
Hydrate is a non-negotiable for me. It ensures my body is properly hydrated and replenished with essential electrolytes first thing in the morning. No matter how hard I’m training or how busy life gets, I know I’m setting my body up with the right foundation to perform, recover, and stay energised throughout the day.

Pre-Workout

Power Perform
Power Perform is my go-to before a big session. It delivers the explosive energy, strength, and endurance I need to attack even the toughest workouts. Whether it’s sprint intervals, heavy lifts, or a high-intensity HYROX session, it helps me show up and perform at my best every time.

Post Workout Essentials

Multi-Mag
Multi-Mag is a non-negotiable for me when it comes to recovery. I take it post-workout to help my body properly unwind and recover. After hard training sessions, it helps calm my nervous system so I can recover at my best, ready to go again.

WPI Perform
After training, getting high-quality protein in fast is a priority. WPI Perform helps repair and rebuild my muscles, giving my body what it needs to recover stronger and bounce back quickly for the next session.
