
I'm Dan Clarkson, a hybrid athlete with a deep passion for pushing my limits and chasing new challenges.
After years of competing in CrossFit, I've set my sights on HYROX, embracing the intensity and discipline it demands. Beyond fitness, I'm also diving into new business ventures, always looking for ways to grow and evolve. My goal is to inspire others to break boundaries, stay committed, and strive for excellence in every aspect of life.
This daily routine keeps me performing at my best - optimising hydration, energy, strength, recovery, and sleep to keep pushing forward.
I start my day with Hydrate to replenish fluids and electrolytes after a night's rest. This sets me up for optimal hydration before training.
I also take Beta-Alanine to support endurance and delay muscle fatigue, alongside Creatine to maintain strength and power throughout my training cycle.
To sharpen my focus and kickstart my metabolism, I add Alpha Switch Caps, which help with energy and mental clarity as I get ready for the day ahead.
Before training, I mix either Thermal Switch and Power Switch for the ultimate energy and performance boost - Thermal keeps me focused and fired up, while Power fuels explosive strength and endurance, so I will take one of these depending on the type of workout I’m doing.
I also include Hydrate+ to ensure my body has the essential electrolytes and fast-digesting carbs needed for peak performance during my session.
Recovery is key, so I stack Collagen Switch with WPI Switch to support muscle repair and joint health after intense training. I add Creatine again to replenish stores and enhance muscle recovery.
To aid in overall cognitive function and balance stress, I take Alpha Switch, ensuring I’m mentally and physically ready for the rest of the day.
Winding down properly is just as important as training hard. I take Sleep+ to promote deep, restorative sleep and Adrenal to support recovery and manage stress levels overnight.
I also take Creatine one last time to support muscle recovery while I sleep. Lastly, I use Nose Strips to improve nasal breathing, which helps enhance sleep quality and overall recovery.
