I'm a HYROX athlete and runner dedicated to high-performance training and continual progression.

My training combines running, strength work, and HYROX-specific conditioning as I prepare for upcoming races and events. With a high training volume and regular double training days, I’ve learned that how I fuel and recover is just as important as the sessions themselves.

I’ve fallen in love with the process of building fitness over time — showing up consistently, pushing my limits, and seeing the results in becoming stronger, faster, and more resilient. Along the way, I love sharing the journey and connecting with others who are chasing their own goals.

I’m big on training with intent, fuelling properly, and choosing products that genuinely support performance and recovery. Everything I use helps me show up at my best, train hard, and back it up again the next day.
