I balance early mornings on the tools as a tradie with high-performance training, chasing progression in HYROX, running, and strength. I’m big on earning your wins, doing the work when no one’s watching, and building a standard that doesn’t slip.
Running changed a lot for me. It taught me discipline, honesty, and that you can’t cheat fitness. I show up daily because consistency beats motivation every time.
I take fuelling just as seriously as training. Supplements aren’t a shortcut, they’re there to support output, recovery, and longevity. I hydrate properly, fuel long sessions, prioritise recovery, and treat performance like a responsibility.
