I'm Jakob. 

I’m a growing Hyrox athlete balancing high-performance training, my business, and being a dad of two. My days are built around early mornings, consistency, structured training, and showing up regardless of how I feel.

Training for Hyrox means covering all aspects of fitness: strength, engine, and the ability to perform under fatigue. Most weeks include conditioning, running, strength work, and race-specific sessions. I enjoy pushing myself into uncomfortable conditions and constantly chasing progress.

Outside of training, it’s about setting the standard for my family and building something long-term through both business and sport. I’m big on discipline, routine, and making the most of every day.
