With a background in football, kickboxing, and winning national-level bodybuilding competitions in the fitness category, I’ve experienced a range of training styles and know what it takes to optimise performance.
Now, I focus on pushing my own limits while helping others do the same through my online hybrid coaching business. I believe in doing the small things right - nailing recovery, fuelling properly, and staying consistent.

Hydrate Perform (Intra-Workout): Staying hydrated is crucial, especially during intense sessions. Hydrate Perform keeps my electrolyte levels balanced and helps maintain endurance so I can train at full capacity.
WPI Switch & Creatine Monohydrate (Post-Workout or Between Meals): Recovery is just as important as the work itself. I use WPI Switch for high-quality protein to repair and build muscle, and I pair it with Creatine Monohydrate to replenish stores, boost strength, and aid in recovery. If I need a quick protein hit between meals, this combo is also my go-to.
