I'm Lucy. 

I’ve always loved training and moving my body, but over the past few years it’s become such a big part of my life and something I genuinely look forward to every day! It’s my time to push myself, feel strong and do something for me.

Recently, I’ve stepped into bodybuilding which has been challenging and so exciting! I’ve loved pushing myself, learning more about my body, and seeing what can actually happen when I stay consistent and back myself. My approach to fitness is all about balance. I train hard, but I also want to feel good, have energy, and enjoy the process along the way! I also coach women online, helping them build confidence in the gym and create routines that actually fit their lifestyle.

I’m just really excited to keep growing, improving and of course enjoying the journey.
