Hey guys, I’m Morgan!

Running a busy coaching schedule while training for Hyrox and competing at a high level means I have to show up with intention physically, mentally, and emotionally. Between early mornings, long days of coaching, and my own training, looking after my body isn’t optional, it’s non-negotiable.

I’m currently in a training block chasing higher performance and constantly learning what my body needs to handle the volume, intensity, and recovery demands that come with it. My training focuses on building strength, engine, and resilience, but just as important is supporting my health so I can train consistently and feel good doing it.

Everything I share is part of my real routine. These are the tools that help me train hard, recover well, and keep energy high so I can coach, compete, and live fully. No fluff, just what genuinely supports my lifestyle.
