Olympic Runner

I'm Ryan,

I’m a distance runner based in Brisbane. I’m an Olympic finalist in the 1500m on the track and the former Australian record holder in the event. I’ve now moved to the roads and am focusing on the marathon.

Outside of running I run a coaching business, Gregson Running, with my wife Genevieve where we coach runners of all levels from all around the world. We also have 2 young boys that keep us busy. Outside of running, work, and family - I love traveling, going out for dinner, and watching live sport.
