I was born in Liberia and experienced the challenges of growing up in a country affected by war. Those early experiences taught me resilience, gratitude, and the importance of never taking opportunities for granted. After moving to Australia, I faced a new set of challenges, learning a new language, adapting to a different culture, and finding my place in an unfamiliar environment.

Sport became the catalyst for change. Through soccer, rugby league, and eventually endurance training, I discovered confidence, community, and a passion for pushing my limits. Following a series of setbacks, including injuries that forced me away from training and cost me a sporting contract, I found a renewed purpose through running. What started with a 10km race quickly evolved into a passion for hybrid performance, leading me to HYROX and a new approach to training.

Today, I train to become the best version of myself, both physically and mentally. As a hybrid athlete, I focus on performance, resilience, and consistency, using training as a way to challenge myself and inspire others to do the same. Beyond fitness, I value family, friendships, and staying true to who I am. My goal is to show others that no matter where you start or what obstacles you face, with gratitude, hard work, and belief in yourself, anything is possible.
