Byron Bay Weekend Giveaway T&Cs

1. PROMOTER

This promotion is run by Switch Nutrition Pty Ltd (ABN 61 617 178 373) located at 2/93 Maud Street, Maroochydore QLD 4558 (“the Promoter”). For any questions, contact support@switchnutrition.com.au.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The competition opens at 8:00 AM AEST on August 1, 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on August 31, 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter:

  • Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families (including spouses, parents, siblings and children), and their associated agencies, are not eligible to enter.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must, during the promotional period:

  1. Enter their details via the promotional post on Instagram

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

5. THE PRIZE

Total prize value: $5,000 AUD, including:

  • $3,000 voucher for 2 nights accommodation at Rae’s on Wategos, Byron Bay.
  • $300 dinner voucher for Rae’s on Wategos.
  • 2 x $500 Flight Centre vouchers.
  • $200 dinner voucher for Bang Bang Byron Bay.
  • $500 Switch Nutrition gift voucher.

Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of the prize is forfeited.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • One (1) winner will be randomly drawn on Monday, September 1, 2025.
  • Winner will be notified via phone and email.
  • The winner must respond within 72 hours. If unclaimed, a redraw will occur on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

The Promoter will never ask for sensitive personal information via unofficial or duplicate accounts. Beware of scams or impersonators.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical disruptions or other reasons outside its control.
  • If any prize (or part of it) becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
  • The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. PRIVACY

By entering, entrants agree to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (viewable at https://switchnutrition.com.au/policies/privacy-policy) for the purpose of administering the promotion and marketing communications.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, you release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to this promotion.
