Peanut Butter Protein Mousse

INGREDIENTS

Casein Protein - Chocolate

Water

Peanut Butter

Banana

METHOD

  1. Add chocolate casein to a bowl.
  2. Pour in a little water at a time while stirring constantly.
  3. Get a mousse consistency and add peanut butter and continue to stir through.
  4. Mash banana (If your meal or plan allows) with a fork and stir into mousse.
  5. Ready to serve. Note: Can be refrigerated or frozen to firm up like ice cream.
