Blackcurrant Adrenal Jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Grassfed Gelatin
  • 2 scoops Adrenal Switch - Blackcurrant Apple
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Coconut Yogurt

Method

  1. Whisk Gelatin with 1/2 cup cold water and let stand for 3 minutes.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water and stir until the Gelatin dissolves.
  3. Mix in Adrenal Switch.
  4. Refridgerate until set.
  5. Top with Coconut Yogurt and fresh Blueberries.
