Honey Mustard Collagen Dressing


1 ½ tablespoons of wholegrain mustard 

1 tablespoon of honey 

1 serving of unflavoured Collagen Switch 

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt 

salt & pepper

1.    Add all ingredients into a suitable jar. 

2.    Shake well or until happy with the consistency. 

3.    Pour over your salad of choice & enjoy! 

4.    Store in the fridge in an airtight container, for 3-4 days.
