Scroggin Yoghurt Bark

Ingredients

250g of plain Greek yoghurt 

2 serves of Salted Caramel Adrenal Switch 

1 tablespoon of peanut butter 

½ teaspoon coconut oil 

½ cup of crushed pretzels 

½ of 1 Snack Switch Bar, Choc Peanut Butter

¼ cup of choc chips

Pinch of sea salt flakes 

Serves 4.

Method

1.    Line the baking tray with baking paper. 

2.    combine yoghurt and adrenal switch, until smooth. 

3.    Pour the yoghurt mixture onto a baking tray and smooth out until even thickness.

4.    gently warm peanut butter and coconut oil, and microwave on high for 45 seconds. 

5.    drizzle the peanut butter over the yogurt mixture.

6.    Top with pretzels, Snack Switch, choc chips and salt. 

7.    Place in freezer overnight, or for 4 hours. 

8.    Snap & enjoy!

9.    Store in freezer in an airtight container, for up to 2 weeks.
