Chill Out Choc Mint Balls
Ingredients
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 6 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 scoop Adrenal Switch – Choc Mint
Method
- Combine cashews, oats, cocoa powder, coconut and Adrenal Switch into a food processor and blend.
- Add dates, peppermint and water into the mixture and blend until smooth.
- Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
