Choc Peanut Butter Protein Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Protein Switch Choc Sea Salt
- ½ cup Peanut Butter (natural)
- ½ cup Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup Cacao Powder
- ¼ cup Rice Malt Syrup
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well-combined.
- Pour into a loaf pan or small square pan, spread out evenly and place in the freezer to set.
- Once set, slice into the serving size of your choice. Keep in the fridge and enjoy!
